NBD! Vintage weird squier content

Wow do you have to drop acid to play that thing?
It's all pointy from the 80"s! No acid, but a line of...... well, you know what was in in the 80's....

Both. But mainly the bass. Sounds great, too! I had to replace the output jack, but that's okay. I'm also going to have to check the ground wire. BUT, $300 for an awesome vintage bass is worth any work I'll have to do to it. I don't notice that it's a short scale, weirdly enough.

My guitar player also liked my shirt. Of course, he drinks nothing BUT mountain dew. I think my band could get sponsored by mountain dew, just by his usage alone. Mine's got some nicks and chips. I still don't notice that it's shortscale. I notice the neckdive, though. But it's such a light bass, and it sounds so good that it's worth it.
Which modern squiers? It's all around an amazingly good bass. Great tone, great fit and finish. This is back when squiers were made in the japanese factory.
