NBD: When MusicMan screws up!

I do like the look of a neck-through bass when laminates of contrasting wood are used for the neck/center block with a natural/trans finish. Ironically, both neck through basses I've owned were painted.

If a brand is endorsing you I would suggest not making the headline of a post that gets up to the home page "When My Endorsed Brand Screws Up." Usually they want positive publicity. This is not a bad situation but if someone doesn't read your full post they will just think MusicMan screwed up some way.

That is a pretty unique beast, i woudn't change it, but thats me.

I'm probably in the camp which would kill for any sort of endorsement deal that lead to me getting good discounts and accidental upgrades.

Yes, pricewise this is an upgrade.

I do see the OPs point though.

EDIT: I've made my EBMM rep aware of the situation and it's going back. I'm kinda bummed they didn't get the order right but this bass is a piece of art and I'm sure the correct one will look just as good and FEEL even better.

I have seen a few MM's that ran out of travel at the bridge saddles.

Your making me have second thoughts about a white pearl one I'm about to order. I have Rics so I was looking for a neck through.
The one I'm getting is 10# even. I did not see the string spacing at the pups. 17MM?
