NBD.....X2!!!!!!

So, yesterday was an incredible day. Two basses delivered in one day, it was Friday and I have all weekend to thump around on them.

The MTD 635 and the Rbass were delivered yesterday! I could not be happier and as you can see below, I have almost all the tones covered. The only things I am really missing are a Stingray, fretless and an upright.

The unlabeled bass is actually a 1 of 2 which my great friend (and fellow TB'er) Morfman6 built for me to celebrate the birth of my twin boys back in August. I am still deciding on what color to have them painted so that is why they are still naked. These things are total tone monsters and if you are interested in buying one from him, PM me or him.

Anyway, on to the pics!!

Lol, do it! Those guys are beatin' up on me :p :D! But, seriously, WOW! I don't think any other words could properly describe how much I dig what I'm seeing. How Jazz-like would you say the R Bass sounds? And does Darron do 6 strings? I might have to get in contact with him if he does...

Not sure about the 6'ers. I know He is 99.9% a 5'er guy, but you should contact him and see.

The R does not sound very jazz like at all. It is super modern sounding (which is why I got it and traded my Sadowsky for the MTD). I have the jazz thing covered with Darron's basses.

I would just stick to regular baby clothes. I know it is our natural impulse to mod new stuff as soon as we get it but I think paining babies is a little overboard. IMHO YMMV

Wait wait wait! Clothes? What are those?
