NBD, Yamaha APTX2 short scale guitar conversion.

I've posted a similar NBD in the past with this kind of guitar, but sold them and later had sellers remorse, but when I saw this color version of it, I couldn't resist. As always, Eric's Guitar in Van Nuys, CA did the conversion, he does great work.

Yamaha APTX2 cherry sunburst 23" scale guitar. I had him replace the disk pickup under the top with an under saddle pickup to cut back on the slightest touch noise. I also had a set of antique brass tuning machines and buttons that match up very well, and a set of Kala/Galli 23" scale flatwound nylon core strings.

How is the intonation? How is the string stability? Looks great.

The intonation is very good, slightly flat E, slightly sharp the rest, more than acceptable for me. I'm not sure what string stability is, they feel very good to me. Thanks, after having a spruce and a sunburst, I like this color the best. After playing it with my group a few days, I noticed the D string has less volume than the others, so I'm going to check the saddle, maybe end up bringing it back to Eric to tweak.
