It's a Valenti PJ5 34" with Nordy pups and an Aguilar 2 band w/ passive tone. Alder body and Brazilian rosewood fretboard (looks like ebony). The sound is on the modern side and is very sweet with nice depth. The preamp bypass volume matches the active (at full) which is super cool. Playability is fantastic. Love it.

What do the Nordstrand pickups sound like in passive mode?
Recently tried out an Ibanez Talman TMB 600 with Nordstrand pickups and they sounded pretty good.

A lot like they do in active but with a little more openness to them.
