Haven’t purchased a bass, of which I intend to do NO mods, in about 10 years... but this purports to be one... on backorder at MF- but got a super-deal! I currently play 3 Fender P’s - but this will be my first real Fender! Just ordered some GHS Pressurewounds- which will be patiently waiting.

Congrats! If you're into mods, you might have bought the wrong bass to do NO mods. LOL! I liked mine out of the box. I LOVE it now. Volume, blend, tone, 3-way cap selector and treble bleed in/out.

Looks great! I hope you don’t have a long wait.

I’ve been waiting 4 months for a bass that is back-ordered, and the wait is started to drive me nuts. I’m supposed to get it anyday now, so I check my personal email every 30 mins during store hours, and get real excited when any I hear that “ding” on my phone.

I can’t wait much longer.

Looks nice... actually- one of the main ‘appeals’ is only having 1 volume knob (for each pu)... I rarely use the tone knob on any of my P’s. I had a RIC for 35 years (bought when I was 15) & only used v knobs (for tone, etc.).

Tis here... so far- tweaked intonation & saddle height- slightly... will let ‘settle-in’, overnite, change strings, lemon oil fretboard & fine tune tomorrow! Mine came with a tone knob (side jack)... didn’t really want (need) that- but will ‘make it work’!

Case is kindy flimsy- but it will be stashed in a hole somewhere... as I use Mono bags...
