I just picked this bass up a couple of days ago. It's been one I've on the lookout for and I found it locally surprisingly as I imagine there aren't a lot of these in Canada. It's a 35 Anniversary Music Man Reflex HSS bass. I've been very interested in trying one out because of the cool electronics. Each pickup has it's own on/off switch, as well as series/parallel for the bridge pick up. It has an active/passive switch with a 4 band eq and tone control (passive only).

So far I am really enjoying this as an addition to my collection. You can really get a huge range of tones with this. It does feel heavier than most of my other basses but it balances nice which was a surprise considering the body design. The headstock is much smaller than a normal MM headstock so that probably helps a lot.

Ya, it was lucky. It popped up on Reverb and when I was reviewing the listing, I noticed it was only about an hour away from me so I messaged the seller and offered a cash deal outside of using Reverb so that the seller could avoid fees as well as having to package and ship the bass.

I saw one just like it on Kijiji recently (maybe the same one considering our locations) and I was very tempted but couldn't pull the money together. I used to have a single H Reflex in white with black binding and it was awesome.
