One SWR's Best! I played through a Triad for years until I couldn't lift it anymore.It's rare that I ever seek out gear that I have owned in the past but this is one example worthy of owning again (also the GK 800RB) - just picked it up today, thus cause for celebration!
When I picked it up I discovered that the four middle drivers were not working so I suspected a wiring issue (and I was correct). After getting it home I removed each driver and inspected the wiring and many of them weren't connected to the harnesses!
All have been corrected and secured so they won't come loose again, and the cab sounds fantastic. Even the piezo works! Now I have to wait for an opportunity to use it.
Anyway, I'm elated to own another - back to your regularly scheduled program.

I don't doubt that your rig was very glorious!
We have an SM400 (or is it a Workingman's 400?? I dunno) in our youth center atop a Goliath III. It sounds good, but for practices I'll probably wheel in the Henry and my amp, either the Mesa 400 or my 700rb (when I get it fixed).
I love TE's SMX 12 band series amps - I know it sounded great!

My experience too.
I think the 4/5 string switch is essentially a HPF. I can't seem to find any specs on it, but the manual says it just extends the low end response. That sounds like a HPF to me (disengaged it's allowing more LF sound to be amplified).My experience too.
We had one in a back line at our rehearsal studio. Sounded really good.
An HPF would have been just the thing it needed to protect the speakers, keep the amp cooler, get more headroom and cut the low-end mud at higher volume giving the lows/low mids more definition.

Modulus + Mesa + Henry = Awesomeness overload! I'd love to hear it.
I'm putting this on my to-do list as it definitely needs a bar on the back. Thanks for posting this - you gave me the motivation to do this. @H2okie, want one also? I'll see what I can find. It will make your cabinet easier to move when I come reclaim it from you.
I believe this is the one I used. No modification was needed!
