Bought this interesting little cab today. It's a 1x12 Boogie with no speaker. I've got a couple of nice 12's to try in it in the next day or two. If you know anything about this cab, please share with me.

I am pretty sure that's a guitar cabinet. Can you post a picture of the back?

Yes, it was intended to be a guitar cab, but with its interior size, no speaker and partially closed back, I thought I'd experiment with it a little. I've also cut a full back section for it and will line it with foam. Sorry, my pic loader is still not working.

You might need to rear port it to make it viable for bass, there's a lot more suitable bass drivers for ported cabinets IME.

Depending on the model of cabinet (and year), it may have originally been equipped with an EVM-12L for guitar use.

Thanks. Is there any way I can determine model and year of the cab since it doesn't have the original speaker?

From the serial number. Just note that there were counterfieits and knock-offs of some of these cabinets
