Ohhhhh man! I am so so so happy with this setup! I'm not going to try to explain what it sounds like cause I really couldn't do it justice. But it's good and I love it. Behold my Ampeg 610 powered by a PF500! This is the sound I've been searching for...

I thought I had what I wanted with my B212 but this thing is just light years ahead. So aggressive with pro steels and a pick... That's the way I do it

I had to look up the B212 so I'm guessing that it was an Avatar and while I'm sure they are at the very least good for the money obviously (I'm guessing here, but pretty sure) the Ampeg is a step up.

Thanks Jimmy! Although not brand new it is in great shape and I didn't have to take the big hit on this bad boy. A cool $375 made the decision really easy. The good stuff doesn't go cheap around here, I got pretty lucky.

Yep, Avatar B212 with the ceramic deltas. This was another Craigslist score. I had read a lot of good things about them around here, so when one popped up I snagged it. Especially for $100, haha seriously! And it's in perfect condition. The B212 was a step up from the Peavey 410 I had, a big step. But I needed more volume than one of these could give me. I waited for a long time for another to pop up, even statewide, but never did. I was tired of waiting so when the 610 came up I when that direction. Since I don't get paid to play I couldn't justify $500 on a new cab just to have 2 matching cabs that I had to carry.
