I ran across the cabs about a year ago and I've finally found the matching head. 1972 solid state W-150 head with 75 watts RMS @ 8ohms. Functions and sounds properly. The cabs are 1973 and '74 with original CTS speakers.

I guess Woodson switched to different parts that very year, as both look like they're in really excellent condition.
I ran across this head and picked it up, I have a question in the one eight ohm load vs the 2 16 ohm loads, is it 2 16s independently or 2 8 ohm cabs to equal 16? I cannot find any info on this. Any guidance would be appreciated!
You can use one 8 ohm cabinet or two 16 ohm cabinets. Two 16 ohm loads in parallel equal 8 ohms.
I have a Woodson head with a 4 ohm minimum load impedance rating. A good friend has two of them, one he bought brand new back in the '70s. One is rated for 8 ohms minimum (his original one) and the other for 4 ohms minimum.
That written, we used to plug my 4 ohm, EV SRO loaded 2x15 into the 8 ohm minimum amp all the time and it sounded great. It had an amazing growl and the pilot light would pulse in time with the bass (meaning we were taxing the amp's power supply). It never failed though.
It looks like the speaker cabinets are 8Ω each so you cannot run them both at the same time without damaging the amplifier.

Woodson shares DNA with Kustom. Here's what's written on the Wiki page for Kustom:
"Some affiliated companies and trademarks were Woodson and Legend. Woodson Electronics, Inc. from Bolivar, Missouri was an independent business entity founded by Mike Woodson in the early 1970s (around the same time when Kustom was acquired by Gretsch). Mike was Bud's brother-in-law and all amps and P.A. systems were manufactured in Bolivar. Several Kustom employees moved to Bolivar to work for Woodson. Legend hybrid amplifiers of Legend Musical Instruments, Inc. from Syracuse, New York were also manufactured by the Kustom factory. Reputedly these were engineered by Richard Newman (an employee of Bonne Music Shop) and a former employee of Woodson Electronics."
