Ah, sorry. The pedal is a Berber Deep Fryer. It's a special-order silver version that I picked up third-hand on craigslist. There's some good info about the Deep Fryer (w/pix of the standard versions) in this thread. I love my pedal, but (as you observed), it's not as finished looking as the normal black versions.

The single channel version of the Deep Fryer has been out of production for about ten years, but you can still find them used periodically. The pedal does a really good tube amp simulation (along the lines of the SFT and other non-Tube Screamer pedals) and also makes a great boost pedal for overdriving tube amps. Barber has been talking about releasing an updated Deep Fryer for a couple of years now. Given how good most of his effects sound, I hope he eventually does it!

my new pedaltrain 2, went a bit crazy with the cable ties/mounts but it looks damn sweet so I don't care.

I use something similar. They are the Velcro strips that are used to manage computer cables. They have one butterfly end on them with slit if you want to tie, and are not as thick as traditional velcro, but hold great.

This. I use these. They're great. Easier to adjust and reuse than zip ties.

I've taken a few stabs at it, and I just can't seem to get my PT-Jr board as neat as I'd like. Are there tricks to neatly routing power and signal cables? Are there products around that help with it? Is there a George L custom cable set in my future? I'd love to see what your solutions are, so show me your bottoms!

I got the George ls kit. Helped a lot. Haven't bothered much with power cables as you can see but I'm using both AC and DC pedals and all but the boss have a pretty high draw so I've yet to find a power unit that i can use to power everything
