Neck like a Musicman 120?

Okay, so I did something stupid today at Guitar Center...I picked up a Musicman 120 and played it!! Now I can never justify dropping $1795 on a bass, and besides the bloody thing was wayyy too heavy, but I loved the neck; can anyone recommend a bass within the budget of mere mortals with a neck somewhat similar to the one that I fell in love with today??

You talking about a StingRay of some sort?

Yeah, it was a Stingray, it said Musicman 120 on the label...

For $1795 sounds like you were looking at probably a Classic series StingRay, with the gloss neck, right?

You want a gloss one, just buy a used Ernie Ball from late 80's til about '91, they were gloss back then, and can be bought for 900-1100.
