Neck profiles. Who cares?

no disagreement about the role of technique but I think the issue is legit. I double on upright and electric at most gigs. However, I find that when I double on upright and an EBMM Stingray 5, the contrast in fretboard radius is so sharp that I get hand cramps after a few tunes on the Ray. Therefore, I always haul along (in the same 2-EBG Fender gig bag) my Fender MIJ 51 reissue, which I've modified and strung with flats. The reason being, my hands can always play this P-bass no matter what.
