Need a head

I am planning to purchase the Ampeg B410HE, and I've looked at the Ashdown MAG 300H.

I'm trying to keep it under about $350ish

Basically, what do you prefer?
And any reviews on the MAG 300H?

Reviews look pretty good to me...and I've heard a lot of good about Ashdown amps.
