Don't know your budget, but with the criteria you mention, I immediately think aggie th500 and tce rh750.I've only tweaked the th500 briefly, but the tce can be tweaked to sound quite vintage. And so can the ampeg pf's. No experience with the GKs mentioned.

I recommend the Ampeg PF800 with a PF115HE cab, great vintage sound, great vintage looks (IMO).

Class D amps aren't known for warm vintage sound - you need a tube amp or at least a hybrid.

Peavey has some small stuff out these days. Don't know what tonal range they have, but there's another route to investigate. +1 to the cab being a big part of it, too.

I've got an Eden Roadrunner (made in MN) now and thinking of trading for an SVT3-Pro or a GenzBenz Suttlemax 12.0 Based on your statement it sounds like I should go with the Ampeg since the GB has a class D output section?

SM 12.0 has a tube preamp right? The SVT 3pro I think does too, but neither has tube output, IIRC.

I don't know about that, Joe. I have no problems getting warm sounds with my PF800 or Micro VR. However, I'd be lying if I said it's just as warm as my SVT's, V4B or B-15

You should test drive both amps.

The term "warm vintage sound" is more commonly used to describe tube amps rather than D class amps... and for good reason too.
