I am interested in software that can do two things (separate software is fine, for each "thing").
1) Accept a recording of a song, and then generate the chords from it in a chord sheet.
2) Accept a melody played from a keyboard or other device, and transcribe it in standard notation.
I know I could do an Internet search, but I find you have to download it, learn to use it, and half the time, the software isn't suitable.
