Need advice QUICK!

I have the opportunity to purchase an acoustic 360 w/o the matching 301 cab or an acoustic 370.... Anyone have an opinion on tonal difference?

I can get by with the 360 using a power amp and a different cab if it has the superior tone....

Any advice?
