Need help changing my email addy

I have two accounts here. One under a stupid name that I really don't care to use and this one, a less stupid name that I am okay with using. However my main email address is tied to the previous account.
Can someone help me?

Contact an admin. FYI, one of the rules here is that you may only have one account but I doubt they'd be cross about it.
