All mentioned are probably good choises. One thing to consider, and that I miss on some amps is a pre/post switch for the DI out. I mean, sometimes you want to send a dry signal to the mix, allowing you to change your eq settings without affecting the PA sound. Next time you actaully want to send your eq:ed signal to PA. I would have gone for a Fender Rumble if it had this feature, instead I bought a TC Electronic BG 250 combo. It may not be powerful enough for all stages, but TC's bigger models will do the job.
A couple of thoughts -
What I do for headphone action is use my pre-amp. I use an Eden WP-1000 Navigator, all-tube, made in the USA, pre-amp/DI/Headphone-amp. Great tone control, effect loops with levels, built in compression, great DI and tone shaping from here to the ends of the earth and a very high quality headphone out. I use it with my Sennheisers for late night practice.
Get your self a portable 4u rack unit, get a rack-mounted tuner and a rack mounted power conditioner, add in the 2u Navigator and you'll have the start of a fantastic rig!
But if that doesn't work for you go with the Mesa Subway. Gobs of tone control and it will hold it's value like no other. You can't go wrong with Mesa Boogie.
Shame that the Aguilar TH-500 doesn't have a headphone jack.
