Need help from web guys!

I'm looking for a web service that will allow me to upload MP3 files, and MPEG files and allow me to link that file to another site.
For example I have a site that I can load an MP3 onto, and also a different site that I can post the link for that file, and when somebody clicks on that link the file from the first website starts playing.

what I need is a service like that for MPEGS. It would have to be remotely linkable, and be able to handle file of up to 30MB.

I now this doesn't seem like a difficult problem, but I'm having a hard time finding a economical solution. I know xdrive is out there, but I'm hoping to find something like that for less money. I need less than 100MB storage total.

I do that at phpwebhosting.com though they aren't as good as they were.
