I'm somewhat new to TB and this is my first post. I want to as close to the tone in this clip(Invalid Link Removed) as possible. Side note: If you haven't heard The Rapture, they're incredible. Just try not to move your body, you can't! ... Anyway, their bassist I believe gets most of his tone from a vintage pbass and an all tube svt and an ampeg 810 cab... none of which I can afford.
I recently order an ampeg pf350 and pf210he and soon I figure I'll need an OD pedal to get near the tone in the clip above. So my question, what OD pedal in $150 range should I get? I'm open to any other equipment recommendations provided they don't break the bank.
