Need help identifying a song

Clearly I must be hearing the lyrics wrong.

I could swear the lyrics in the chorus are "Can't see that wooooooomann" repeated several times. Google tells me I'm wrong

It kinda sounds like it's from the 80's with an attacky pick bass tone to it. It kind of sounds like it might be in the same arena as Def Leppard kind of hair metal. Beyond that, all I can say is it's minor sounding.

That's about all I got. Anyone?

No problem, I always had the same problem. I thought it was Cat City Woman. How stupid is that!
