Need Help In Choosing a Bass Cab

I'm currently in the market to purchase a bass cab, I'm looking at a 4x10. Now, my two options are either the Gallien Krueger BLX 410 II or the Ashdown ABM 414T Cabinet. I'll be playing a Fender FRS Standard Ash Jazz Bass, and a Backline 600 amp head. Which would give me a better sound for the price? The GK would be $280 with a guitar center insurance plan, and the Ashdown would be 300 with no insurnace plan. Please help me out!

Hmm that's a tough one. Personally I like to keep the brands the same so my instinct would go with GK. Plus it comes with the insurance so that will be helpful if you run into any problems with it. However the Ashdowns are tanks and you probably would not need to get another cab if you wanna get another head in the near future.

Where are you getting the Ashdown? If its from guitarcenter then I would go with that because they usually won't rip you off selling a faulty piece of equipment. It all depends if you wanna risk blowing the speaker and be covered by insurance or not.
