need help installing scn jazz pickups

i usually dont have a problem switching out pickups but i bought used pots off ebay and new pickups for a jazz bass body and im not sure how to hook it all up and i couldnt find any diagrams on the net that had pots that i have. heres the link for icture [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]
