I use MXR Bass Chorus Deluxe and it's very versatile. I used some flanger on some songs, and chorus on the others

If you can find one the Tech 21 bass chorus/boost sounds pretty great. So i'm working on a post punk project and I really like the sound of the bass with a chorus pedal on. Im looking for a tone like Peter Hook(Joy Division) or Simon Gallup(The Cure). Any suggestions?![]()

I use a Digitech Bass Multi Chorus and it works really well. The price has been rising a bit in recent years so I'm guessing other people think so too.
I'm a bit jealous, mine was around $30 used, and that was pretty average when I got it. Nowadays a person is lucky if they can find one under $50. Not a huge price jump, but considering that it wasn't/isn't exactly popular it's strange to see the price increase so much in just a few years.Another TBer pretty much gave me one a few years back and it's been on my "big" board ever since.

He posted here on TB and said he used an MXR Phase 90 on Stranglehold. Finally the DigiTech...this is quite a different animal. I used it most with a cover band on songs like stranglehold (although I believe he actually used a flanger on the recording)
