I have an ampeg B 410 hlf cab I wish to rewire from 4 ohm to 16 ohm to match my Ampeg B 25B head. from what I've seen so far the speakers are 4 ohm so with that being said in theory I should be able to rewire from 4 to 16 ohm to match my head's ohm load. I honestly know very little about ohm load or even speaker wiring in general. most of what I know is just from talking amongst a friend that knows about setting up car stereos and home theater but has little knowledge of music gear. can somebody help me or show me a diagram that will help me to do this? And does anybody know if I can actually take the back off my cab or do I have to go in from the front and take all the speakers out? the back of this cab has no screws to get it off like any other guitar cab I've seen. there is a seam in the covering so it kind of looks like I may be able to take it off but I didn't actually dig at it. any and all help is really appreciated. thanks.
