Need help to identify strings

Can someone please help identifying these strings? Came with my new (for me) Fender PB70 CIJ. I have never seen this "unwrapping" before, and wonder whether it is ok... Maybe these are meant to be used on a short scale? But they sound amazing... I'm also adding a picture of the balls end, but nothing special there...

Those end wraps are normal. One string company that does them like that is GHS.

Thanks! If this is normal, I suppose there is no way to tell which brand/model these are, right?

StringJoy looks similar to these. But they aren't too big a company, and I feel it's unlikely these are StringJoy, but there is another possibility for you.
