Does anybody know the folks at Headway Music, the makers of EBD2. I have sent back something for repair Dec 5. No acknowledgement and finally January 12 they asked for an address but I have not gotten anything, no tracking nada! I thought they covered shipping but I am so desperate that I'll even pay shipping back and have told them that. If you have a better way to contact them besides the sales email, can you please PM me or if you have a good relationship with them, inquire on my behalf.
