Need Info on this Bass!!!!!

Hello TBers!!!!

I have a line on this J Bass. Seller says it`s a 94/95 MIA J Bass, all original. OHSC included. He`s not sure of the color, it`s not LPB. He said make an offer, i`m having a hard time finding what mid 90`s J basses are going for, also, what this color is. Any help would be much appreciated. What would be a fair price, in Canadian $$$, lol. This is the only pic available, unfortunately. I`m almost 100% sure the ashtray covers are after market, especially for the 90`s, although i could be mistaken.

The ashtray is just sitting on the body, there's no screws in the holes.... Ask for a picture of the head, I wouldn't even consider it without proof that it's MIA and a serial #... The control knobs scream "Squire" to me, but I'm no Fender expert

It's blurry but the headstock looks right. I don't really see a problem with the knobs. What would be great is if we could see the back of the bass. String thru, tuners, neck plate etc. if they weren't swapped or changed then they would all be dead giveaways if it were real, or if he just put an American standard neck on a body. Also a shot without the covers would help. Gotta see that bridge.

Yes, the covers are hiding the bridge/pickups so I can't be 100% sure about the body but those straplock buttons were stock on all mid '90s usa Fenders so I guess it is an origoinal '95 one. The neck looks legit to me.
