I recently joined a band that both guitar players play threw full Marshall stacks so, I need more power to be heard. I do not want to sacrifice tone or clarity but i need a bigger rig. I have looked at Ampeg, SWR and a couple of other brands but nothing really jumped out at me, any suggestions? Other then telling them to turn down of course. I currently run a 4x10 Sonic 500w and a 1x18 Peavey E.V. stack with a Create 350 head and a 27 band Behringer EQ. Any and all suggestions are welcome:

Is your amp a Crate BT350? How does your rig sound if you take our the Behringer EQ and set everything flat on your current amp?

I'm scared.
I play with a guitarist who runs a full Marshall stack - my Ampeg SVT VR has more than enough grunt to keep up through a Bergantino NV610 and if I need any more I just add another cab (NV215) which really is over the top unless outdoors with a poor foldback setup. There is certainly no loss of tone or clarity with this rig.
Ampeg SVT pro or SVT 2 head, 300 watts of tube power goes a long way. They'll have no problems competing with 2 guitard stacks.
Paired with a 8x10 or two 4x10's. IME small drivers offer more clarity than larger drivers like 15".
All the MarkBass amps I've played sounded very clear and controlled.

Isn't my rig. It belongs to TB user Plstrns. I just run a 15/6. But the OP wants massive volume and clarity. Sounds like he wants a fEARful.
If he really wants to keep his guitarists in line, one of those will do it, although two 1515/66 cabs will crush both Marshall stacks with ease. And fEARfuls are ALL about CLARITY, and not just that mid bass either. Thunderous, yet clean deep lows with sharp, crisp mids.

Sundogue, that is impressive! I wish you lived a little closer than Wausau as I would love to check out your rig.
Are those Peavey amps? Are you biamping?
As I stated...ain't my rig...it's TB user Plstrns. The only pic I could find of two fEARful 1515/66's. It's THE answer for massive volume and clarity (although even one would be).
I would love to play through his rig too. Honestly, I can't even crank my 15/6 fEARful on a gig and it's way too loud. But I'm only playing with two guitarists with Fender Twins, not full stack Marshalls.
that's the idea, i would love to have the power to make them do my bidding (very nice rig sundogue!) Yes muzikman, the head is the BT350, it doesn't sound bad but i play a variety of basses including a custom made 8 string threw this rig, that's why i incorporated the EQ

My Bergantino NV610 consistently puts out more volume than several different SVT 8X10s that I rehearse with. I can dial in whatever sound I want (without distorting or farting), and it's a whole lot easier to lug around. I was looking for the smallest loudest bottom I could find, and I couldn't be happier.

When the guitards are not looking or have gone out for beer
unscrew the four philips head screws in the marshall back covers.
pull out one of the large tubes at one end of the line of four tubes marked el 34 then pull out the other end one, replace the back panels.
Then remove the jack plates from the 1960b's or straight front lower cabs quickly cut the cable that goes to the tip terminal on the jack sockets to the right of the jack plate when viewed from the rear. Quickly refit jack plates before the guitards come back. as soon as they start playing again stop them and seriously compliment them on their tone, tell them that their amps sound real fat like they have them right now and tell them don't change a thing its just perfect.
Of course it will be, distract them as much as possible when they bend down to adjust pedals at first they might just notice the lower cabs not working, otherwise they will never find out.
My JBL 18" and Carvin 4x10 sound fairly clear. I think your problem may be the amp, but I could be wrong. I've never heard of sonic cabinets either.

Honestly, I would just upgrade your speakers for right now. Find a cab with high sensitivity and good power handling, roll with that, then upgrade the amp later.

Too bad you can't get the JBL E140 anymore - I had a homebrew 2x15 with a pair of these in it back in the gigging days and it could overpower any guitard in town at the time. With a borrowed 400W SWR head, there was nothing it couldn't do.
Meanwhile, My GK will punch a hole in almost any guitard incest-fest I can think of (well past my hearing limit anyway). It's just a humble SBX+ 4x10 with 1001RB-II head.
So I agree with the other guys, I think you have enough power. You probably just need a more efficient cab (the fEARful looks like a hell of a lot of fun)...

Been there once. Line 6 40w tube 212 -> Mesa Boogie 412 on one side and a 100w Bugera 333 into Bugera 412 on the other. My SVT-II was well into overdrive through my 810e whose top four speakers were Jensen MOD10-50's. Our drummer kept up with the volume too. He was wild. Sounded f-ing sweet but no one could hear afterward for two hours, except for me. Yay earplugs!

No problem mate!. if you live in the good old USA there is a fail safe backup plan if the guitards ever discover half the power tubes are missing.
Just change the voltage selector wire on the rotary switch on the back panel so the 110 volt selector position feeds the 240 volt transformer tap.
If by some miracle they find out the lower cab isn't working
Then offer to look at it, re solder the cable to the panel but cut the tracks on the pcb of all the marshall cabs in way of the stereo mono switch and solder short wires in an x pattern across the switch (to reverse its operation) then only 2 speakers will be powered in each cab.
They wont know!
If you want to fight fire with fire, try 8 X KT88 tubes and 670 odd plate volts an 8 X 10 Eden + 2 X 15 Ampeg.
Then you can tell them to turn down, or else the tube screamer pedal is going on with the ear defenders and total mutually assured destruction is therefore imminent:
