Need pickup wiring help

Got these Reed James pups not sure where the shielding wire goes. I also want to wire these parallel and Im not sure what to do with the red and white wires. Any help would be much appreciated.

Talked to the manufacturer today. These pickups follow Seymour Duncan wire diagrams for series and parallel.

for parallel operation with both those diagrams, the green and white wires should be earth, and the red and black wires should be hot.
