Need Replacement Pickups & Controls for Les Paul 5-string

I have a Gibson LP 5 String bass with Bartolini PUPs and I want to replace the PUPs and the electronics. I can't seem to find anything that will work for a replacement.

I would prefer going passive (must be the 'old school' nature of me), but I'd be happy at this point just to find replacements.

Unless you're willing to remove some wood, you'll need pickups that will fit the routes you have. What are the exact dimensions of your current pickups?

If you're willing to expand the pickup routes, there's probably lots more options.

There's also a number of manufacturers that will custom build pickups to your specs.

I measured the PUPs at 3 5/8" by 1 9/16".
