Need some help please

I have a problem with my bass,there is a background noise,it completely disapears when I touch the jack.I read up on internet where I could and I understand it needs shielding or something,I opened the back and there was none at all.But as many tutorials as I read inclueding the one in this section Im not completely sure how to do it.
Do I just take the electronics out,cover the cavities with aluminum foil and replace it all back or is there something else I must do?
If it help,I have taken the time to draw out the wiring as best I can for if its a problem other than shielding.

Need ground wire I think... take it to a tech and have it done professionally... I would.

you'll find all the info you need at Invalid Link Removed if you dont have copper tape you can substitute with aluminum foil and glue, but you do need the shielded wire (it defeats the purpose of shielding without it!)
