Need to ID some old subs

I've obtained some old subs (and hi-pack mains, horns) from a club which just replaced 'em with newer, lovelier Mackies, and I'm interested in what these new acquisitions of mine are! There is a logo mortised into the plywood, which looks like it says "AU" in an offset fashion.
Anybody know what brand this is, and is it a reputable one?
