Has anyone tried one? The specs look perfect for what I need, presets, midi, the demos on bass sound good, and they are on sale fro 239$.

If anyone has one i'd be curious to hear your thoughts

Im looking for an all in one od, distortion, fuzz for a board i am building that has midi but only room for one pedal of each.

So, I need to be as versatile as possible.

So far I have the DG comp, Wampler terraform, either the aftershock or the Nueron, the Future impact and a preamp to be determined......

If you want multiple types of distortion and fuzz, etc, then get the Aftershock. The Neuron has a great distortion even at low gain, but it doesn’t ‘do it all’

I’ve owner both the Neuron and the Aftershock. Both are good just different strengths. I think for what you’re talking about the Aftershock is the better choice. But if you have a chance to try them, by all means do. Tone is very subjective and you may happen to love one over the other.

I'm going to try the aftershock just to be safe

The homestead subspace, while not programmable has been one of the most versatile ods I've ever used

I would love to hear more from you about how the Neuron sounds. And whether the speaker sim works for higher gain settings.
