New 30th anniversary sansamp

I want this.

I foolishly sold my V1 BDDI years ago when I first got my Zoom B3 and MS60B. The Zooms had the digital emulation (WITH A MID KNOB) and that was enough for me. Then I got the HX Stomp which offerd similar. They all sound good and like a Sansamp. Since I went ampless in my band I've been back-up minded lately. I love the tones I've made in both the HX and the ol' B3, but I'd rather the security of an analog BDDI as a backup up over the dated B3. And I love this aesthetic.

(I'll still be keeping my B3, but just not traveling with it as a back up. [THE NEW ZOOM MS PEDALS LOOK KILLER AND I WANT THEM TOO THOUGH!])

I'd prefer a v1 bit ill use a v2 which this is. For whatever reason I prefer v1. That said, I have 2 v1s for home and rehearsal and a v2 in my live rack. I feel the mid control is more useful live for me.

It would have been nice if Tech 21 had rolled in a new feature or two for the 30th Anniversary BDDI. It is still the V2 design, just in a shiny, pretty box.

I have the V2, and still wanted the 30 just for the pizzazz factor it will bring to the pedalboard. I have one on preorder with Sweetwater.

Don't know if I will sell the black-and-yellow one. It has the timeless BDDI look- no-nonsense rock and roll. I may have a use for two, two different EQ's or some such.

Yeah, I find the most useful on any amp or whatever is a mute. I also prefer v1 which I have 3. I got one of the red Japanese ones for the same reason I'll get this.

I recently got the the ampeg sgt preamp. I'm sure I'm the minority here but I prefer the sanamp so I'm sending the ampeg back. And I USE ampeg amps!
