So, even though it's a normal v2 sansamp, I definitely want to get one just because it's cool!

Oh wow. My only real complaint about the BDDI is the black and yellow paint scheme. I need this.
We should ask @tech21nyc . It isn't likely, since the PDDI has not been out 30 years. When did it come out?100% agree. If they decide to do the same with the Paradriver, I'm in.
Yeah that looks greatSo, even though it's a normal v2 sansamp, I definitely want to get one just because it's cool!

Yeah, I find the most useful on any amp or whatever is a mute. I also prefer v1 which I have 3. I got one of the red Japanese ones for the same reason I'll get this.It would have been nice if Tech 21 had rolled in a new feature or two for the 30th Anniversary BDDI. It is still the V2 design, just in a shiny, pretty box.
I have the V2, and still wanted the 30 just for the pizzazz factor it will bring to the pedalboard. I have one on preorder with Sweetwater.
Don't know if I will sell the black-and-yellow one, it has the timeless BDDI look. No-nonsense and rock and roll. I may have a use for two, two different EQ's or some such.

Oah really?Wolf, for players who prefer a mute footswitch to an effect off/on, Tech 21 can modify the BDDI to accommodate. Let's double-check that with @tech21nyc.
I just preordered one. It will be my first SansAmp. I'm upgrading from a Zoom B1 Four. I hope I don't start getting buyer's remorse.
