I have a fender 60 watt rumble. I need another amp thats way better. A price range of under 450 would be nice. What are you guys suggestions.

Yeah that Ashdown 'd be a nice score- unless U go 4 summink 2nd hand-look on TB 4 sale sections- But IME the Ashdown has a nice 'old skool' vibe -a bit like the Fender about it!
The Ampeg BA 115 and 115T (i like the tube pre myself) sound good... if you can get one that doesn't hiss. I had a 115T and LOVED it except after about a week I just couldn't take that damn tweeter hiss and sent it back. Hopefully Ampeg is working to rectify that.
