Hi guys
I am just wondering if the patterning on the lower fretboard would make it difficult to see /orientate around the g and c strings?
Any one play one like this that can comment?
Cheers
Actually I had an issue with that on the first Roscoe that I had with the spalted purpleheart finger board. The first time that I looked down at the finger board while playing it was a bit of a strange feeling (actually panic!).
But I got adjusted to it fairly quickly. Really no different than the first time that you play on a finger board without dots (postition markers). You just learn to look at the side markers and adjust.
