New bass amp.

In the market to get a new amp. Any suggestions? I would prefer Carvin, Acoustic, or Gallien Krueger. I would love if it were 250+ watts. Combo or stack is good. Must have a direct out to plug into a mixer. Cab is a must as well. Also, I'm trying to spend under 1K. Any help/advice? Thanks in advance.

With that budget and that criteria set you can grab pretty much whatever you want. You could snag a Carvin B1500 for $700 and have 6 times the power you'd be happy with

I've really liked the Ashdown Mag 300 if you're looking for a nice low budget amp.
