I am still open to suggestions, but I think I've already decided I'm going with:

Well-Hung Guitar Straps | Reverb

I have three of their straps already, and I love them. Most comfortable I have ever worn, and very well made. I can post pics if them maybe later but I first want to focus on the task at hand. Went through their current inventory and picked out a few that could match. Want help help deciding which one will look best.

For the bass in the pic, any but 4, too red...

But I went with 1 and 5. :)
Agreed, I just threw that one in

I messaged the store guy and he had one in stock that is not posted in his store. He said while he can make a super, super comfortable leather strap, that this particular material was even better comfort wise. Which is important for me and my rotator cuff injury. And I think they might make a snappy pair. Thoughts?

Honestly I'm not crazy about any of them. The lightning bolt one is too "cliche" but more subtle than the others. The one that goes with the bass' color(s) is the snakeskin one. The ones that have the colored stripe down the center seem graphically "off". I say let the bass be the "shining star" and let the strap compliment the bass rather than steal the show. IMO the bass and strap need to compliment each other, not compete. My career was commercial photography and graphic design... so what do I know? You have to choose the one that calls to you. If none of them do, then move on and find something else that does. JMO

Let me suggest my friend’s home-based strap company…
Jaykco Guitar Straps

Laura rocks a few(eyes on the strap, sailor)…

Man, for that kind of dough, check out Bob Schell at Brookwood Leather.

I like those style straps. They look fantastic. These look well made and very nice. BUT, unfortunately for me I can't have just any strap. I need something soft, wide, and we'll padded. My poor old shoulder hurts everyday even when I don't play. They would be very nice though, otherwise.

I didn’t even know that brand of straps even existed. Thanks for the update! But I’ve never spent anywhere near that amount on a strap. I generally spend 20-40 bucks.

after seeing those I really want one. Just not a spontaneous purchase at that price point.
