Technically, it was yesterday, but I only managed to take pics earlier today. This is my 1st six sting, so I didn't go for a very expensive one. I found this Schecter Stiletto Studio-6 on ebay, and I fell in love. The construction is very well done, it feels like a tank, very solid. The setup is not too bad, action is low, but I had to adjust the intonation on two strings. The neck is so heavey and there is a noticable neck dive.

The tone is very aggressive, mid-rangy, but the active EQ does a good job, it's very versatile. I'm not too crazy about the strings that it came up with, my guess it's Elixir's, so I got a pack of ProSteel's super long scale and let's see if they'll make a difference. I have the DR Hi-Beams to try after that.

I LOVE that bass, bought one myself not too long ago and own a 5-er too. The strings don't look like elixers though, I don't recall elixers having a color coded ball. maybe my strings are just so old they didn't color code them back then lol. All schecters have an awesome B though.

And great job on those pictures they look awesome.

RacaBass: Thanks, and you could be right about the strings, now it hit me that they don't feel as sticky as on my ATK750KA. They look new though so I might just keep them for a few more weeks.

awesome! I own an Ibanez SDBR 6 string fretted as my main, and just recently purchased a Schecter Stiletto 5 string fretless (looks pretty much identical to yours, with the exception of the frets and extra string, lol). I've found the Schector to be beautiful, lightweight (compared to my Ibanez), with great tone. I didn't think the neck dive was too bad at all-have played out with it 4 or 5 times since I bought it a few weeks back.

IME and to my hands, the neck is very comfortable, it is flat and wide, and access to the 24th fret is easy as pie.

Looks like some variety of D'Addario strings to me, as that is their color coding on the balls. I think my Schecter 5 must have had the same kind of strings, because they were complete ass from the factory. I replaced them with ProSteels and it sounds great now, so I think you will be happy with those.
