New Bass from Christmas!

Late on showing this beauty off, my wife bought me this American Original P bass factory direct from Fender for Christmas:

Its a pretty amazing instrument, I have 2 other Fenders and this one is built a class above, zero play in the neck pocket and no neck shim required, set up smooth as silk and plays amazing! I put a year old set of fender flats that came off my jazz when I switched it over to TI's (really glad I didn't throw them away). My wife is also a crochet fanatic covered my stand with some thick yarn (which is why the stand looks so floofy) and also crochet'd me a mute with love in every stitch that does a pretty swell job. I spent a week learning this tune from a bassplayer9432 on youtube, though I didn't do as near as well as he did, (my version is the equivalent of when we used to record a copy of a copy on tape lol). If you are on here bassplayer 9432 I am in your debt for making that playalong video its teaching me so much! I'm new to the mute thing, and with the decayed notes along with the amount of notes causes me to rush. For some reason I cant hear myself rushing when I'm playing along, but its painfully obvious when I hear myself in this vid! Also there's a flub at the end where the dog walked through and distracted me. That aside, here's a vid of the bass muted and recorded with an old 76-79 SVT and 70 squareback cab.
