New Bass, Neck keeps loosing Relief.

I recently purchased a New Schecter Studio 4 Bass. Its neck-through and has carbon fiber stabilizer rods in the neck and two way truss rod tuned to E with 45-105 strings. When I bought the guitar there was zero relief in the neck maybe even slightly back bowed from factory. The neck played so well that i had to grab this bass though. Brought it home and Loosed truss rod 1/4 turn, Neck was set ~.008 a week later the neck returned to near 0 relief. I Adjusted it again 1/4 turn set to .008 and today 1 week later the neck was again moved but to around .005. I then again today adjusted the neck 1/4 turn and then a 2nd turn just a smidge. Neck is now at .01

I've never had a neck that has moved so much. Is it because the neck had Zero relief that its taking some time to readjust and moving back to its memory spot? Shouldn't the stabilizer bars be holding the relief? Additional note its April and in Massachusetts we are experiencing a wintery/spring mix of weather. The room is set at 48 degrees when un-occupied and is usually 56-60 degrees when jamming.

Try moving the bass to a room with a consistent temperature and humidity for a couple of weeks.

Is it in the case? Put a couple of moisture absorbing packs in the case.

Old thread but...
I bought a new American Standard P with the carbon fiber rods because I was tired of adjusting my old Geddy Lee every time the weather changed. My foggy memory is that I adjusted that truss rod often for a short while, now I adjust it in the spring and fall usually.

I had same trouble with a new Ric. I put some Damp Rid in the room and the neck stabilized after a couple of weeks and is now rock solid.
