New Bass Player from Puerto Rico

Hi:

Im new on bass road. I played keyboard for 2 years and last week I bought a
Sandberg California II VM-5 from second hand but in mint condition. I also bought a Hartke LX5500 and a Hartke HD210. Im very impress with the way I can go through the bass. Really Im playing some songs and the one I like a lot is Christina Aguilera-This Christmas. I need a lot of technics but I think I can learn fast. The music theory is very easy. I need some help on technic. I can take online class but need to be with a real teacher, no videos because I make a LOT OF QUESTIONS. Also I need to make my amp equalization. Please if you can help me I will appreciate.

Regards,
Jesmanuel

Welcome SolidB from Puerto Rico.

You have some nice bass gear so you’re off to a good start.

Your amp EQ will require you to listen for what you want and make adjustments. Most amps sound almost right with everything set near the middle.
