I stopped on my way home from work for a set of new bass strings, im happy to tell you i did get the strings, i also snapped up a new epiphone embassy in wunderlust green!

I did the same thing about a year back..walked into the music store for picks and strings and left with an Allen Woody Epi bass. Yes, it needed a little work (Changed tuners and bridge) but Lordy - it plays like a dream. Absolutely nothing wrong with it now. Congratulations and Cheers!!
Well, I don't mean to hijack this thread but I love it. Remind ds me a great deal of my (long lost) Ovation Magnum bass from the early 80s.
There's this saying in TB... Pics or it didn't happen. Not nice to keep the 'visually dependent' in suspense!
