Just got myself a new Ibanez SRSC805, I personally love the body shape but I know they aren't hugely popular with everyone. It plays excellently I am really impressed. Great sound and great balance all round! What do you all think?View attachment 4137530View attachment 4137531
I love the way they look, but the only one I have ever played had quite narrow spacing, which isn't my cup of tea, though I see the newer ones are at least 18mm. (I had played a used one a year or two ago at my local GC, and thought it was pretty nice, other then the fact of the narrow bridge spacing. I remember going home and looking it up to see if I was just imagining it, and saw the specs at the time were either 16.5 or 17mm.)
Great amp, I have had it 10 years or so now, nice valve drive sound too! How's that Ashdown combo?![]()
Beautiful bass!View attachment 4145179 Que Looks beautiful, Ibanez always have a top relation quality price congrats
I'm completely in love with this sounds and play like a dream
Yeah all real!I've never been a fan of the single-cut aesthetic - but that one is bringing me around. It looks like it would be a pleasure to hold.
Is that top wood for real? It looks amazing in the pictures.
Thanks brother!!!Im pretty amazed with itBeautiful bass!
Gotoh GB7 tuners won't be the upgrades to the standards. Your bass has already equipped with some kind of licensed GB7 tuners. Go straight with the best, Gotoh GB350 Res-O-Lite tuners.SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

I've put on the Res-O-Lites on all my Ibanez basses (obviously, exclude the latest EHB), even on the cheapest one.
Nope. The lightest ones are the GB350's. Even the price will tell you. They are the most expensive out of the available drop-in upgrade tuners for Ibanez basses with 14mm tuner holes tuners to date.I thought GB7 are the lightest ones, no?
