new Biarnel Headless bass

Hi, do you remember this? http://www.biarnel.com/liuteria/akme/akmeseries.html

I spoke about it long time ago http://www.talkbass.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-411995.html
I'm the bass player in the italian alternative dark band "Demetra Sine Die" Link Removed (there are two new songs on it, go and listen! ;) )

three months ago I decided to have a new collaboration with italian luthier Biarnel, basing on his "Scorcio" headless bass. I asked him the permission to restyle it by myself (I'm an architect and architecture and design university teacher) and this is the result http://www.biarnel.com/liuteria/scorcio/scorciob1.html
what do you think?

I never heard about you before but the instruments you make are tasty.
Do you wind these pickups yourself? How do they sound like?

Well, I'm actually quite italy-based :)
Just a few instruments sold in other countries, a Stìco (Invalid Link Removed) in England and an Akmè VK (http://www.biarnel.com/liuteria/akme/akmeseries.html) in norway.

Yes, I personally wind my pickups. They are noise canceling, with AlNiCo V magnets.
Try to listen to the samples you can find in the website, I really can't describe a sound with words :D

The sexy Akmè VK is quite different.. 36" super long scale, tonal chambers, on board Roland GK hexaphonic and dual output.

Just to go back in topic, the total black satin finish ia available on my whole production :)

I know this is a very old discussion, but for those still wondering the Scorcio line is made of excellent lightweight basses and still being produced by Biarnel with many customization options.
This is mine, realized the past year and here being test in a funk-rock context
