It's a long story. Three years ago I won a contest put on by Seymour Duncan on facebook. I won. In June of 2016 I finally received the promised instrument. The body is the same basic design as the infamous Lightening Shredder guitar that Buddy designed and built for Vivian Campbell of Def Leppard.

The bridge is a Hipshot 'A' top loader. The electronics are all top quality made in USA: CTS 250K pots; Sprague orange drop 0.047 microferad tone cap, and Switchcraft jack. The pickup is a single coil Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder chosen for its even frequency response of bass; treble, and midrange. String-to-string balance of both tone and volume is superb. Sound quality has to be heard to be believed. Yes, it's that good.

The neck is Buddy's signature reverse headstock design of white maple with a thick rosewood slab fretboard with a 10" radius and 1 1/2" at the nut with jazz bass string spacing and Hipshot UltraLite tuners. It plays very well.
