New "Commercial" members

Is there a new, more confusing, way of signing up to become a member if TalkBass?

I am seeing a rash of new "Commercial" members who don't seem to be selling anything or associated with any bass equipment manufacturers (or no evidence of it in their profiles anyway).

I feel like I've been seeing them more and more the past few months. That leads me to believe it's more than coincidence.

Just wondering if some new way of signing up makes clicking something regarding being a commercial user seem to make sense when it really doesn't.

Also note, that spam bots will almost always check every box on the page.

If a member accidentally checked the box on registration, they can easily uncheck it in their profile:

Paul is there a way to run a script that makes the disclosure field required if users check the commercial user box?

Or

A box pops up and users have to confirm they are a commercial user?
